For operations that hire spray contractors

Your whole spray season, documented.
Audit-ready, always.

LedgerRow gives your operation a clean, complete record of every application without slowing your contractors down. They photograph the container, we read the product and the EPA number, and the moment they submit we attach the weather from a nearby government station. You get records you can trust, an audit-ready PDF whenever you need one, and a lot less to carry under FIFRA.

Why we built it

Hiring contractors should not mean carrying their paperwork. But under FIFRA, your operation answers for every application, even the ones you did not spray.

  • 01 The liability is yours, so your records have to be solid. LedgerRow makes each one complete the moment it is submitted, with nothing left for you to chase down later.
  • 02 Notebooks, group texts, and memory do not hold up in an inspection. We keep every application in one organized place, so your proof is never scattered again.
  • 03 The weather is the hardest part to prove. We pull it from a government station for you, so it is never your word against the auditor's.

Weather, handled for you

We attach the weather for you, straight from a NOAA station.

The moment a contractor submits, LedgerRow pulls wind, temperature, and humidity from the nearest National Weather Service station and stamps it on the record. That is one less thing for anyone to write down, and one less thing for an auditor to question, because the reading did not come from inside your operation. Your contractor moves on to the next field, and you keep a number that stands on its own.

If NOAA is briefly unreachable, the record still saves and the contractor adds the weather by hand. We flag it as manual, so you always know exactly where each reading came from.

Logging that is genuinely quick

Your contractor photographs the jug, and the product fills itself in.

A busy applicator is not going to type EPA registration numbers with gloved hands in the sun, so we made sure they never have to. Label capture reads the product name and the EPA number right off the photo, and voice-to-form fills in the rate and acreage for anyone who would rather talk than tap. The easiest path through the job turns out to be the one that also leaves you a complete, accurate record.

Every captured field comes with a confidence score, so anything uncertain gets a second look before submit, not after the audit.

Records you can stand behind

Once a record is in, it is locked. You can verify it, ask a question, or flag it, but no one can quietly change it later, including you.

That is strict on purpose, and it is exactly what makes a LedgerRow record worth handing over. Each one keeps a snapshot of the operation, grower, farm, and field as they were on spray day, so you can rename a field or take on a new grower and the older records still tell the truth. When a lender or an auditor reads one, there is nothing to explain away.

How it works

From the cab to the auditor's desk.

  1. 01

    Contractor logs the application.

Snap the container label, confirm the product and the rate, tap Submit application. The fastest way through the job is the one that also creates the record.

  2. 02

Server attaches weather and writes the record.

LedgerRow checks NOAA for the field's location, adds wind, temperature, and humidity to the record, and locks it in as a permanent log entry. You do not lift a finger for any of it.

  3. 03

Manager verifies and exports the PDF.

Review what came in, mark each record verified, queried, or flagged, then pick a date range and download a clean PDF in the format auditors and lenders already expect.

What you hand over

This is what you hand over,
and it holds up.

When you need to show your work, pick a date range and LedgerRow builds the PDF for you. It comes out the same every time, and each export is saved as its own record, so you can always prove exactly what you handed over, to whom, and when.
